Detailed Job Description
Collaborate with the social media officer to gather insights and materials for design projects.
Create and produce engaging visual content, including graphics, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials that effectively communicate Nusaned’s work.
Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and materials in alignment with the organization's branding guidelines.
Research and stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance creativity and effectiveness.
Work closely with the Communication Manager to ensure design efforts align with the broader communication strategy.
Adapt designs for various platforms, ensuring optimized visual impact across digital and print media.
Manage the design workflow, including timelines and project deadlines, to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Analyze feedback and iterate designs based on team input.
Support the development of marketing campaigns with visually appealing assets to boost engagement and outreach.
Perform any additional tasks as requested by the Communication Manager.

Collaborates and Works with: Social Media Officer PDQ Manager, Department Heads, P&C, Project Managers, MEAL, AAP & Safeguarding, field officers, and volunteers.
Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in graphic design, digital media, or related areas are a plus.
Experience working in NGOs or the non-profit sector is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and familiarity with video editing tools.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Excellent portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
Strong understanding of branding and visual communication strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within diverse teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
