Day Shift Monitor

Job Description:

• Accompany carefully the minors the full time of work, inside and outside the center.
• Accompany and stay with the minors in the place of the vocational training outside the center.
• Carry out thoroughly rules and regulations of the center.
• Keep discipline: let the minors take meals and snacks on time.
• Monitor the hygiene of the minors.
• Keep discipline during sessions, games and activities
• Answer the questions of Minors.
• Keep a calm area.
• Secure the safety of minors
• Keep the team spirit
• Report daily and obviously to the Program Coordinator, and to the President Fr. Marwan.

Ability to multitask.

Communicate clearly.

Good interaction skills.

Personal Grooming.

Management Skills. 

Experience with Minors.
