The Order of Malta Lebanon (OML) is releasing a Call for Interest for office furniture suppliers in Lebanon to supply products needed for our Primary Healthcare Center located in Ain El Remmeneh. The supplier should be a manufacturer that has the capacity to manufacture and deliver the needed in a timely manner between December 2021 and February 2022 according to a delivery schedule to be shared.
All interested bidders must submit the following documents being the criteria for a pre-selection:
- Legal Documents:
o Commercial Register
o Certificate of Registration
o VAT certificate
o Industrial License (for production of office furniture) issued by MOI
- Company Profile showing similar projects executed
Interested bidders may ask for the Invitation To Bid (ITB) by sending an email with the required documents no later than Friday November 19th, 2021 to anna-maria.nassour@ordredemalteliban.org with "Office Furniture / 2575 - 13 " in the subject line. Bidders who do not submit the required documents mentioned under "Criteria for Pre-Selection" will not be considered for the bid.
