Call for Interest - Public Relations and Communication Agencies

The Order of Malta Lebanon has been operating in the health and social welfare sectors since 1957. It manages a network of 40 projects serving the most vulnerable populations, across the Lebanese territory including Community Health Centers (following the MoPH Primary Healthcare Program), Mobile Medical Units, Elderly Day Care Centers, Hosting Centers for the Differently Abled persons, and projects for the displaced and refugees.

In this framework, the Order of Malta Lebanon is looking for public relations and communication agencies to support and assist the Communication Department in the elaboration and development of two campaigns. The agency should have sufficient experience in supplying and executing the required works as per the specifications and requirements.

All interested bidders must submit the following documents:

Legal Documents (Commercial Register, Certificate of Registration, VAT certificate)

Company Profile showing the following:   

- Company’s portfolio   

- Established roster of clients in humanitarian work as well as international organizations   

- Full-fledged services:          

    * Strategic communication and planning

    * Public relations

    * Media relations (Local and international) – Press release dissemination 

    * Event management (Press events, webinars, conferences, etc.)

    * Creative services and art direction

    * Content development

    * Digital Communication and Social Media

    * Copywriting in Arabic, English and French

    * Visual content (photography and videography)
