Call for Proposal - Baseline Study

The Order of Malta Lebanon has been operating in the health and social welfare sectors since 1957. It manages a network of 40 projects serving the most vulnerable populations, across the Lebanese territory including Community Health Centers (following the MoPH Primary Healthcare Program), Mobile Medical Units, Elderly Day Care Centers, Hosting Centers for the Differently Abled persons and projects for the displaced and refugees.

The Order of Malta Lebanon (OML), with the support of its partner Malteser International (MI), has recently developed a comprehensive multi-annual program to strengthen its health and social services as well as its agriculture programs.

In this framework, the Lebanese Association of the Knights of Malta / Order of Malta Lebanon is releasing a Call for Proposal for the submittal of proposals related to Consultant a Baseline Study for Medical Mobile Units covering several covering several areas in Lebanon.

The details of the proposal requirements and submittals are detailed in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR), ref. MMU 0205.2022.

How to Apply

The interested consultant(s) should submit a Proposal that must include all the following:

  - Technical Proposal including:

  1. Description of previous experience including CV and/or resume
  2. Publication and/or Research Studies if any
  3. Letters of Satisfaction for previous conducted research and studies (at least 2)
  4. Detailed methodology and work plan (acces to field, sampling, conducting the assessment, tools, Human Resources plan...)
  5. Detailed Schedule of Work Plan and Deliverables

 - Financial Proposal including:

  1. Baseline Research cost per location (to include costs for travel, accommodation, per diem etc.)
  2. Focus Group cost per location
  3. Consultant Fees
  4. Other parameters if applicable

The proposals must be sent by email no later than December 2nd, 2022 to anna-maria.nassour@ordredemalteliban.org specifying in the subject the RFP# MMU 0205.2022 and the project name.
