RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and Systems in line with the association vision and mission.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure proper documentation for contracts, amendments, disciplinary actions, and terminations and that employees’ files are in line with the policies and legal requirements.
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper and accurate job descriptions are available for all positions and continuously updated, in coordination with relevant managers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
- Track probation periods, contract renewals, and other key HR milestones.
- Administer, maintain and update HR database systems, ensure the data contained within the system is current and up to date through regular data cleansing and auditing for consistency, accuracy and security.
- Ensure timely data entry and system updates.
- Generate system reports as needed.
- Support system implementation or upgrades when required.
- Ensure that all employees are insured.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions, allowances).
- Support internal and external HR audits.
- Performs other related duties assigned by the HR Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent (Master is a plus)
- 5 years overall HR experience.
