RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and Systems in line with the association vision and mission.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure proper documentation for contracts, amendments, disciplinary actions, and terminations and that employees’ files are in line with the policies and legal requirements.
  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper and accurate job descriptions are available for all positions and continuously updated, in coordination with relevant managers.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
  • Track probation periods, contract renewals, and other key HR milestones.
  • Administer, maintain and update HR database systems, ensure the data contained within the system is current and up to date through regular data cleansing and auditing for consistency, accuracy and security.
  • Ensure timely data entry and system updates.
  • Generate system reports as needed.
  • Support system implementation or upgrades when required.
  • Ensure that all employees are insured.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions, allowances).
  • Support internal and external HR audits.
  • Performs other related duties assigned by the HR Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent (Master is a plus)
  • 5 years overall HR experience.
