- University graduate specialized in graphic arts, design, communications, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in creating interactive designs using tools such as Adobe CS (Interactive PDFs, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and video creator/editor.
- Talented in communicating the right message through designs and capturing the attention of those who see them.
- Hold a minimum of four years of experience in graphic design work.
- Hold a minimum of two years of corporate or UN/NGO experience in a similar position.
- Possess knowledge in design for Digital Media.
- Have a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Bilingual with a good knowledge of written Arabic and English languages.

Key areas of responsibility:
- Enhance OWO's visual and brand identity by assessing its current website and digital/social media platforms.
- Prepare design guidelines for the diverse communication material needed by the organization.
- Develop, support, manage, and promote the organization’s goals through visual creations using graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and hand illustrations.
- Collaborate with the communication manager to produce final designs for campaigns, website updates, and social media posts.
- Coordinate with the different departments at the organization to determine requirements for targeted campaigns and accordingly schedule a work plan and timeline for deliverables.
- Support in developing promotional material that increases the organization’s visibility, such as presentations, quarterly newsletters, and fliers (hard or electronic copies).
