Key Duties:
- Support residents in daily routines and group activities
- Facilitate educational and recreational sessions
- Observe and report resident behavior neutrally
- Collaborating on individualized rehabilitation plans
- Ensure safe and supportive living environments
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 1–3 years' experience in social or rehabilitation settings
- Fluent Arabic; English and French
- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
