Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

Ø  Identify residents’ care requirements, focus on their needs and act on them.

Ø  Nurture a compassionate environment by providing psychological support.

Ø   Resolve or report on residents’ needs or problems.

Ø  Prepare residents for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks (monitor pulse, blood pressure and temperature, provide drugs and injections…)

Ø  Monitor and record resident’s condition and document provided care services.

Ø  Treat medical emergencies.

Ø  Administer workloads and manage the residents’ files on CRM.

Ø  Follow care regulations and standards.

Ø  Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team.

Ø  Provide education and trainings to residents about topics regarding health; hygiene; treatment and well-being.

Ø  Attend training, seminars, workshops, and classes to achieve required credentials and continuing education as required by the head of center.

ØPerform other duties as assigned by the centers’ managers.
