Project Manager- Prevention Department

Major Responsibilities: Collaborate with team on the implementation of the prevention programs and activities; Control the execution of the activities in a timely manner, ensuring good quality action and credible outcomes; Manage and motivate all departmental team in a positive, encouraging and effective working environment; Plan and oversee the operations and fiscal health of the prevention department; Provide technical assistance and training to the prevention team; Ensure regular written and oral reporting for concerned people; Plan and maintain work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of its team and other resources within the prevention department; Plan, organize, and coordinate prevention activities and presentations, including: trainings, awareness sessions, camping; Engage schools, universities, parents and community members in prevention programs; Provide prevention sessions, intervention, awareness sessions, to schools, universities, scouts, municipalities; Analyze data for the purpose of evaluating and adjusting programs when necessary in accordance with funding program requirements; Participate in collaborative meetings and committees for the business purpose; Other tasks as assigned by the management;  Required Skills: Good communication skills Good interpersonal and observational skills Self-motivation and strong team spirit Good computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel…) Fit to Oum el Nour culture
