Event management

Oxfam has been working in Lebanon since 1993 providing humanitarian assistance to vulnerable people affected by conflict, and promoting economic development, good governance at a local and national level, and women’s rights through Oxfam’s work with partners. Oxfam also works with local partners to contribute to the protection and empowerment of marginalized women and men.

Oxfam in Lebanon is currently implementing the “Masarouna” project aiming to mobilize the power of young people so they can claim their sexual and reproductive health and rights. This is a youth- centred project that forges new pathways through lobbying, advocating, and strengthening civil society.

The project is being implemented by Oxfam in Lebanon since June 2022 and involved a wide range of stakeholders including 3 partners, 12 subgrantees and 55 informal groups from all governorates in Lebanon.

As the project ends in December 2025, Oxfam in Lebanon is planning to host a closing event to:

  • Showcase the impact and achievements of the Masarouna project
  • Provide a platform for stakeholders to network and exchange ideas
  • Celebrate the success of the project and inspire continued support
  • Raise awareness about Oxfam and partners work and mission

Oxfam is looking to hire an event management planner/firm to be in charge in the organization and execution of project’s final closing event. More particularly, the consultant will be responsible for:

  • On-site event management and coordination including visuals, sound, event plan and floor plan

  • Design and Animation for event material (on-screen and printable materials)
  • Booth’s design and execution for CSOs products presentation and catering
  • Photo booth design and execution

  • Lights

If the supplier wishes to propose modifications to the specification (which may provide a better way to achieve Oxfam´s objectives) these must be considered as an alternative offer. The Supplier must make alternative offers in a separate letter to accompany the offer. OXFAM is under no obligation to accept alternative offers.
