Oxfam is supporting the Syrian refugees in the rehabilitation two wastewater treatment units (WWTU)in the informal settlements. Therefore, Oxfam is seeking a supplier/contractor to supply and install components for the rehabilitation of the wastewater treatment units in Bouday North Bekaa.

Mandatory Site Visit: Supplier who will not attend the site visit, they will not be able to submit their offers

All interest suppliers are invited to the mandatory site visit, and they need to send interested email

The company/ individual(s) should have the following competencies:

Essential

1. I.D. card for the person signing on the bid empowered by the power of attorney. 
2. Academic / Professional qualification (CVs)
3. Copies of original documents that demonstrate their legal establishment, registration, and status.
4. Confirmation letter of delivery time 8 working days Please attach a pdf document.
5. Data sheets for each item specified in the BoQ. Each data sheet must be saved as a separate file with the corresponding item name.
6. Experience with Oxfam / NGOs / working in development/ humanitarian settings (Similar experience. Please attach a table including company name, work description.)
7. Proficiency in the relevant market of this request (Reference of two or more clients within similar scope we need (Preferable with NGOs) (NGO Name or private client name, contact person and email, project description, locations, value of money).
8. Detailed Work plan (not more than 7 working days)
9. Financial Folder:
   1. Detailed financial offer for the Bill of Quantities

Quotations and applications must reach Oxfam no later than ‘Tuesday 11 November 2025’.

Any questions, remarks or requests for clarification can be sent up to ‘before the submission deadline in writing. The (anonymised) questions will be answered to all applicants.

The purpose of the interview is to seek further clarification on the submitted quotations and learn more about the background and previous experiences of the potential suppliers and their teams.
