Solarization of Mazraet El-Tout water station

1. BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT

Oxfam is a global movement of people, working together to end the injustice of poverty. Oxfam has been working in Lebanon since 1993. We provide humanitarian assistance to vulnerable people affected by conflict, and we promote economic justice and good governance, and women’s rights. Oxfam also works with local partners to contribute to the protection and empowerment of marginalized women and men.

Oxfam is supporting the Lebanese communities and Syrian new commers in the installation of solar systems for available water boreholes. In this context, Oxfam is seeking a supplier/contractor for the Solarization of Mazraet El-Tout water station.

Mandatory office visit for a presentation to be held by the program team and then to proceed with a visit to the site. The company/ individual(s) should have the following competencies:

Essential

1. I.D. card for the person signing on the bid empowered by the power of attorney. 
2. Academic / Professional qualification (CVs)
3. Copies of original documents that demonstrate their legal establishment, registration, and status.
4. Confirmation letter of delivery time 20 working days Please attach a pdf document.
5. Data sheets for each item specified in the BoQ. Each data sheet must be saved as a separate file with the corresponding item name.
6. Experience with Oxfam / NGOs / working in development/ humanitarian settings (Similar experience. Please attach a table including company name, work description.)
7. Proficiency in the relevant market of this request (Reference of two or more clients within similar scope we need (Preferable with NGOs) (NGO Name or private client name, contact person and email, project description, locations, value of money).
