Steel Tanks for Diesel Fuel

Oxfam is seeking a supplier to provide and deliver steel diesel fuel tanks of different sizes to South Lebanon Water Establishment.

Deliverables and Timeline
The supplier is expected to deliver the specified tanks in full accordance with the technical specifications outlined in this ToR. The supplier to mention the delivery timeline.

The supplier should submit:
1.Copies of the original documents that indicated the establishment or the legal status and registration of the supplier/ Legal documents
2.Data sheet of the epoxy used.
3.Suppliers should provide three references, (company name, contact name and phone number).
4.Submit a list of customers from the past two years, detailing relevant experience in the same domain. The list should include the company name, contact person, and phone number.
5.I.D. card for the person signing on the bid empowered by the power of attorney.
6.Submit priced Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
7.Legal documents (MOF number) if not available a deduction of 3.4% will be deducted due to non-residential tax
8.Bank details (Fresh bank account)
