Supply and Delivery of Water Filter consumables

Oxfam also works with local partners to contribute to the protection and empowerment of marginalized women and men.

Oxfam is supporting the host community in the rehabilitation and renovation of the water points available in the country. Therefore, Oxfam is seeking a supplier to supply and deliver water filter consumables in Chlifa and Haouche Barada, North Bekaa.

100% payment after providing the items of the requested quantity and submitting the financial documents. Oxfam will pay based on the signed GRN and the submitted invoice, within 30 days.

The company/ individual(s) should have the following competencies:

Essential

1. I.D. card for the person signing on the bid empowered by the power of attorney. 
2. Copies of original documents that demonstrate their legal establishment, registration, and status.
3. Confirmation letter of delivery time 1 working day. Please attach a letter.
4. Data sheets for each item specified in the BoQ. Each data sheet must be saved as a separate file with the corresponding item name.
5. Financial Folder: Detailed financial offer for the Bill of Quantities (Price should include delivery fees)

Quotations and applications must reach Oxfam no later than: Wednesday 17 June 2026.

Any questions, remarks or requests for clarification can be sent up to ‘before the submission deadline in writing. The (anonymised) questions will be answered to all applicants.
