Oxfam is supporting host communities in accessing water through supporting the Bekaa Water Establishment (BWE) in its mission to improve access to water services for local communities. As part of this initiative, Oxfam is seeking a qualified supplier or contractor to supply and install a 5.5 kWp solar photovoltaic system at the Hermel Water Establishment office.
The solar system will provide a reliable source of power to ensure the continued operation of the office and its essential services, to ensure the continued operation of the office including computers, lighting and AC.
N.B.:
- Panels are provided by the Bekaa Water Establishment and installed by the contractor.
- The offer should include maintenance and operation for the installed items (supplied by the contractor) for 1 year.
- Item quantities are subject to change, and some items may be removed.
-The contractor to do testing and commissioning for the whole system in the presence of OXFAM and BWE representatives and to insure that the whole system is running and functioning
-Penalty will be applied if the contractor didn’t finish the works after the 5 working days if there is no excuse approved by OXFAM.
- Mandatory Site Visit: All interest suppliers are invited to the mandatory site visit, and they need to send interested email. Supplier who will not attend the site visit, they can’t submit their offers.
. EXPERIENCE OR PROFILE REQUIREMENTSThe company/ individual(s) should have the following competencies:
Essential
- I.D. card for the person signing on the bid empowered by the power of attorney.
- Academic / Professional qualification (CVs) for the field engineer who will be implementing the project.
- Copies of original documents that demonstrate their legal establishment, registration, and status.
- Confirmation letter of delivery time 5 working days Please attach a pdf document,
- Data sheets for each item specified in the BoQ. Each data sheet must be saved as a separate file with the corresponding item name.
- Proof of capacity: Proof of access to market for the needed items (ex: Bills), list of technical people and tools needed for the completion of the intervention
- Proficiency in the relevant market of this request (Reference of two or more clients) and list of similar projects.
- Detailed Work plan (not more than 5 working days)
- Financial Folder:
- Detailed financial offer for the Bill of Quantities to provide the unit cost, VAT and the total unit cost which represents the sum of the unit cost and the VAT which will represent 40% of the award selection criteria
