Invitation to Tender (ITT) Oxfam is seeking a firm or team of consultants of multi-disciplinary nature that has proven knowledge and experienced in social, economic and policy aspects of water sector and service provision in humanitarian contexts. The firm or team of consultants are to undertake the ‘Feasibility Assessment for Water Service Provision to Informal Tented Settlements, A case study of Northern Bekaa’. For further information, please contact labdulsamad@oxfam.org.uk Interested firms or team of consultants must submit their bids, in two sections (i) Technical Proposal and (ii) Financial proposal. Bids should be received by the deadline, 21 March 2016 at 5:00pm P.M (Lebanon Time) to the address; Moussalli Bldg., 2nd Floor Etoile, Hamra street, Beirut, Lebanon. . The Technical proposals should include: - A detailed work plan, in-line with the ‘Timeframe and Payments’ section as per the attached TOR - A methodology for achieving the aforementioned objectives, outputs and deliverables, - An organogram for the team working on this consultancy, including a definition of tasks and responsibilities - The Curriculum Vitae for all experts on the consultancy team - List of previous projects that are similar and/or relevant to this consultancy in terms of type and scale - Any other supporting documents, such as the company registration The Financial proposal should include a general budget and breakdown including consultancy fees.
