About
The Palestinian Arab Women League in Lebanon was founded by Palestinian and Lebanese women in 1950 and officially registered in 1956, registration No. 1180, under extremely difficult social, economic and humanitarian circumstances for the Palestinian people. The former President of the League Mrs. Wadea Kaddoura Khartabil played a significant role in founding the League, activating it and representing it in the international and local conferences and assemblies supporting the Palestinian Cause. From here, the League started on its long journey towards its goals: To Foster Economic and Social Development of Palestinian Refugees.
