01/PAHS/2025 Sterilization & Infection Control Materials - Syria

The Polish Center for International Aid (PCPM), in partnership with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC), and with funding from the Polish Aid, is in the process of implementing a humanitarian project that will provide specialized healthcare and dialysis support for conflict-affected persons in Damascus and Rural-Damascus, Syria.

One of the components of the project is the provision of sterilization and infection control materials to 7 hemodialysis centers in Damascus and Rural-Damascus. 

The goods must be delivered SARC warehouses within the period specified in the contract but no later than 21 December 2025. Only suppliers capable of delivering the goods within the specified time frame will be considered.

PCPM hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. 

Interested candidates are requested to prepare the bid in 2 separate, password encrypted folders (technical and financial) in accordance with the requirements and procedures set out in this ITB and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids set out in Bid Data Sheet. 

The only eligible applicants for this ITB are legally registered entities having all necessary documentation required by the Syrian law to trade in such materials.

Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by sending an email to syria.procurement@pcpm.org.pl, indicating the willingness to be a part of this bid. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the ITB.
