With funding from the Polish Aid, PCPM is aiming to build a station for the Lebanese Civil Defense in Kobayat, Akkar.
The following ITB would like to evaluate the cost estimation of the construction of the proposed LCD station in accordance with the BOQ.
PCPM hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

Note:
Suppliers who can provide materials (cement & steel) at a lower price without compromising quality (as per specifications in BOQ) and who can ensure mitigation to risks will receive a higher score.
Fire hydrants to refill fire trucks will be provided by the Lebanese Civil Defense
Minor deviation/adjustments of maximum 5% might occur on BoQ

How to Apply
Interested candidates are requested to prepare the bid in accordance with the requirements and procedures set out in this ITB and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids set out in Bid Data Sheet.
The only eligible applicants for this ITB are legally registered entities.
Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by sending an email to lebanon.procurement@pcpm.org.pl, indicating the willingness to be a part of this bid. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the ITB. Should you require any further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person identified in the attached Data Sheet as the focal point for queries on this ITB.
A mandatory site visit shall take place on the 4th of July 2025. Interested bidders are requested to communicate the contact information of the person who will be at the site visits.
Technical bids will be opened in a public session on Monday 21.07.25, at 10:00 in PCPM's Office in Qobayat.
