Polish Center for International Aid (PCPM) is a Polish international non-governmental organization implementing shelter, health care and educational projects in Lebanon since 2012. The mission of the PCPM Foundation is to provide humanitarian, development and rescue assistance to those in need throughout the world, while maintaining the basic principles of humanitarianism, impartiality, neutrality and independence
Within the Polish Aid funding, PCPM is implementing activities related to the solarization of Borj Al Barajneh Civil Defense Center, Ain Yaacoub Pumping Station, and Kobayat LCD station (the latter upon construction completion).
The following ITB would like to evaluate the cost estimation of purchase and installations of the proposed solar systems in accordance with the BOQ.
PCPM hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.
This ITB includes the following documents and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract which is inserted in the Bid Data Sheet:

Mandatory site visits shall take place on the 23rd & 24th of June 2025. Interested bidders are requested to communicate the contact information of the person that will be at the site visit.
The only eligible applicants for this ITB are legally registered entities.
Additionally, applicants should have the capacity to implement the installation of a solar system in a 3rd site before December 2025 in Kobayat LCD (which is currently under construction). Technical requirements will be provided at a later stage by PCPM, following the completion of the construction works.

Interested candidates are requested to:
- Acknowledge receipt of this ITB by sending an email to lebanon.procurement@pcpm.org.pl, indicating the willingness to be a part of this bid (this will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the ITB)
- Attend the mandatory site visits
- Prepare the bid in accordance with the requirements and procedures set out in this ITB
- Submit the bids by email titled "ITB 13/PA/D/2025 Procurement & Installation of Solar Systems for Ain Yaacoub Pumping Station & Borj Al Barajneh Civil Defense Center" to lebanon.procurement@pcpm.org.pl
- Bids should be in the form of password-encrypted PDF file comprising all required forms and attachments.
- The password to the file shall only be sent upon the deadline for submissions in a separate email message from the same email address which was used to send the Bid itself.
