Peace of Art is requesting quotations from qualified suppliers for the following General Office & IT Equipment. All items must be brand new, original, with warranty.

General Office & IT Equipment Required:

• Keyboard: Standard USB keyboard, ergonomic.
• Laptop – Lenovo: Core i5, 12th Gen or higher, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Windows 11 Pro.
• Laptop – Lenovo: Core i7, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 4K display, Windows 11 Pro.
• Mouse: Optical USB mouse, ergonomic. Quantity: 10
• Printer – Canon 3010: All-in-one (Print, Scan, Copy), Laser printer, USB/Wi-Fi.
• Projector – 4K: 4K UHD resolution, ≥ 3000 lumens brightness, HDMI input.
• USB Wi-Fi Adapter: Wireless USB adapter, 802.11ac dual-band. Quantity: 2
• USB 64 GB: USB 3.0 or higher, metal casing. Quantity: 3

Pricing:

• Prices must be quoted in USD and should include VAT.
• Quotes must be accompanied by a letterhead displaying the company's name, phone number, and email address.
• Selection Criteria: The contracted supplier will be selected based on the most competitive price that aligns with the specified requirements in this tender.

• Company License Registration (Obligatory)
• Commercial Registration (Obligatory)
• Certificate of Registration with the Ministry of Finance (Obligatory)
• Certificate of Registration with VAT (Obligatory)
• Include brand, model, warranty period, and delivery time in your offer.
• Delivery should be within a maximum of 15 days after purchase order confirmation.
