Peace of Art Organization (POA) is launching this tender to procure heater under the Weaving Resilience Project. 

Required Specifications

• Brand / Name: Varmar
• Fuel Tank Capacity: Approximately 36 liters
• Fuel Consumption: 1.1–1.3 liters per hour
• Power Consumption: 60–110 watts
• Dimensions (W × D × H): 96 × 37 × 124 cm

Delivery Conditions

• Delivery Location: AL Ain – Se’it Matrfe Street – Peace of Art Center – Baalbeck.
• Delivery Deadline: within 15 days from Purchase Order issuance

• All delivery costs must be included in the quotation.
• If the supplier does not provide delivery service, this must be clearly stated in the quotation.

• All materials must be inspected and verified by POA staff upon delivery before final acceptance.

Pricing:

• Prices must be quoted in USD and should include VAT.
• Quotes must be accompanied by a letterhead displaying the company's name, phone number, and email address.

Selection Criteria: The contracted supplier will be selected based on the most competitive price that aligns with the specified requirements in this tender.

• Certificate of Registration with the Ministry of Finance (Obligatory)
• Certificate of Registration with VAT (Obligatory)
