Peace of Art Organization (POA) is launching this tender to procure Plastic Tables under the Weaving Resilience Project that meet the specifications listed below.

Required Specifications

• Type: Plastic tables (foldable / easy to assemble and disassemble)
• Dimensions: L90 × W90 × H72 cm
• Color: Preferably gray
• Quantity: 20 units
• Usage: Suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments, maintaining durability, appearance, and functionality even under challenging conditions.
• Feature: Tables must be easy to fold and reassemble (modular and practical design).

Delivery Conditions

• Delivery Location: AL Ain – Se’it Matrfe Street – Peace of Art Center – Baalbeck.
• Delivery Deadline: within 15 days from Purchase Order issuance

• All delivery costs must be included in the quotation.
• If the supplier does not provide delivery service, this must be clearly stated in the quotation.

• All materials must be inspected and verified by POA staff upon delivery before final acceptance.

Pricing:

• Prices must be quoted in USD and should include VAT.
• Quotes must be accompanied by a letterhead displaying the company's name, phone number, and email address.

Selection Criteria: The contracted supplier will be selected based on the most competitive price that aligns with the specified requirements in this tender.

• Company License Registration (Obligatory)
• Commercial Registration (Obligatory)
• Certificate of Registration with the Ministry of Finance (Obligatory)
• Certificate of Registration with VAT (Obligatory)
• Include brand, model, warranty period, and delivery time in your offer.
