The carpet-making trainer is expected to:
- Prepare a lesson plan with logistical needs and presentations for the training.
- Provide 5 training sessions on carpet-making including practical application with the participants.
- Reporting on every session and evaluating the lesson plan and the applictions.
- Follow-up after the sessions and making sure the participants are able to continue with the work.
- Produce hand-made crafts and small carpet with the participants for an exhibition by the end of the program.
