Engagement & Hospitality Trainer

Peace of Art is looking for an Engagement & Hospitality Trainer near Ain, Baalbeck-Hermel who is to be in person at Peace of Art Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the development of a well-defined curriculum for the mentioned training.
• Assess the proficiency level of each candidate.
• Focus on introducing innovative methods that participants can apply to enhance their efficiency.
• Create and administer training assessment tools, including pre and post-tests.
• Deliver a comprehensive final report on the training, including valuable recommendations.
• Train on most effective techniques and tools for client and visitor satisfaction tracking and management

EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

• The selected trainer should possess advanced experience in delivering hospitality training
• Demonstrate strong experience in providing training to participants from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Possess knowledge and experience in collaborating with NGOs and local authorities
• Exhibit expertise in developing, designing, and facilitating training programs.
• Demonstrate the ability to think creatively when working with vulnerable audiences.
• Showcase strong interpersonal skills and employ a supportive technical and communication approach.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills and a proven ability to deliver effective presentations.
• Display a comprehensive understanding of the political, geographical, and economic dynamics of the Northern region.
• Clearly articulate the specific content of the Vocational Training to be delivered.
• Utilize appropriate and well-explained instructional methodologies that encourage active trainee participation, effective knowledge retention, and adaptive capacity.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt the training content to the educational level of the participants.
