Job Description:

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs in filmmaking and content creation, tailored to various skill levels and learning styles of the participants.
• Design curriculum, course materials, and hands-on exercises to impart practical skills in video production, editing, storytelling, AI tools and more.
• Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations in-person.
• Provide guidance on best practices, video techniques, visual storytelling, and creative concepts.
• Mentor and coach participants, offering constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and techniques, as well as the visual projects they will produce.
• Collaborate with other trainers and team members to enhance training modules and materials.
• Evaluate participant progress and adjust training methods as needed to ensure effective learning outcomes.
