Project Manager

Peace of Art is looking for a Project Manager near Ain, Baalbeck-Hermel who is to be in person at Peace of Art’s office on a daily basis.

 

ROLE PURPOSE

The position holder will be responsible for managing projects and activities based on Peace of Art’s standards and policies, and according to the set action plan. This includes following up with report writing, monitoring project implementation to ensure compliance with Peace of Art’s and donor requirements, reviewing reports in collaboration with the grants department before sending, coordinating with the implementations team, overbiewing logistics, programs, and project progress. Furthermore, the role involves offering technical guidance, leading the team, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Supervise the technical direction and execution of projects to ensure alignment with the project's overall performance framework and work plan, adhering to standard operational policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with partners and teams to create, review, and monitor performance plans to ensure alignment with established priorities.

• Conduct field visits to oversee project activities, provide technical support, and ensure proper implementation and monitoring across offices and inplementation sites.

• Offer financial and operational support to optimize resource utilization, including maintaining accurate budgets and submitting timely reports to the donor.

• Assist project staff in using project data for progress tracking, engaging in meaningful discussions for course correction, and ensuring data is tailored for discussions at senior management levels.

• Take responsibility for delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual donor reports through formal presentations and written contributions.

• Conduct systematic reviews of project risks and challenges, ensuring compliance and quality implementation, and develop timely mitigation strategies, including required resources.

• Develop and execute a clear plan to enhance program quality and compliance in project delivery.

• Collaborate with the MEAL team to establish a robust monitoring and evaluation framework with appropriate indicators for assessing progress and the impact of interventions.
