Vidoegraphy and Content Creation

1. Background

The project aims to facilitate and document 8 dialogue sessions across diverse Lebanese localities to promote community cohesion and peacebuilding. We are seeking a professional videographer or creative firm to capture the essence of these dialogues and transform them into engaging digital content.

2. Scope of Work

The consultant/firm will be responsible for the full production cycle (Pre-production, Production, and Post-production) for the following 8 sites:

Greater Beirut: Chiyah, Ain el-Remmaneh

Mount Lebanon (Chouf): Brih, Mazraat el-Chouf

South: Saida, Haret Nehme

Bekaa/North: El-Kaa, Baalbek

3. Key Responsibilities

On-site Documentation: Full high-definition (HD) video and audio recording of 8 dialogue sessions.

Scriptwriting: Drafting compelling scripts for 2 promotional/impact Reels that highlight the core message of the dialogues.

Content Creation: * Editing 8 short "Session Highlights" (1-2 minutes each) for archival/reporting purposes.

Producing 2 high-impact Reels/Shorts (30-60 seconds) designed for social media engagement.

Photography: Capturing at least 15 high-quality "action shots" per location.

Interviews: Conducting and filming "Vox Pop" style interviews with participants and facilitators.

5. Technical Specifications

Video Quality: Minimum 1080p (4K preferred for Reels).

Audio: Professional external microphones for clear dialogue (lavalier or boom).

Subtitles: Hard-coded Arabic subtitles with English CC options.

Format: Vertical (9:16) for Reels and Horizontal (16:9) for documentation.
