Call for Expert – Baseline Data Analysis of Dialogue Sessions

Peace Labs is seeking an experienced research and data analysis expert to conduct an in-depth analysis of the baseline data collected from two sets of dialogue sessions. Each set includes 10 dialogue sessions with a total of 120 participants.

The objective of this assignment is to:

Assess the accuracy and effectiveness of the baseline tools used.

Analyze the results achieved from the data collected.

Identify gaps and limitations in the tools.

Highlight gaps in the results and provide recommendations for improvement.

Generate insights to inform future programming and strengthen upcoming dialogue interventions.

Baseline tools have already been developed and utilized for both cohorts.

Interested experts should have demonstrated experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, peacebuilding/social cohesion programming, and producing practical, evidence-based recommendations.
