The Planning and Development Agency (PDA), Lead Partner of the EU-funded YOUTHMED Project (Interreg NEXT MED), is seeking a qualified communication service provider to support project outreach across four Mediterranean countries.
Project Duration: June 2025 – December 2027
Budget: €1,110,000 | EU Contribution: €987,900 (89%)
Countries Involved: Lebanon, Egypt, Greece, Spain
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce 3 professional videos (narrative and promotional)
• Implement 1 national media activity
• Provide full communication support for 3 events with 40+ participants.
• Offer ongoing communication consultancy to the PDA team
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in media production or communication
• Proven record in EU/international cooperation projects
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Availability to operate in Lebanon
• Compliance with Interreg NEXT MED branding and visibility guidelines
