Market analysis and data profiling expert

Planning and Development Agency – PDA, Partner of the "GREENLAND" project (co-financed under the ENI-CBC MED 2014-2020 Program) is looking for an expert in market analysis with high experience on EU funded projects procedures who will be appointed as a Technical consultant in the "GREENLAND" project.
Preference will be given to those candidates who have a wide experience that focused on market analysis and data profiling.

The tasks of the technical consultant appointed by PDA, are detailed below:

• Conduct a literature review/ desk review of existing labor market analysis in the 7 targeted countries, with a focus on NEETs and Women.
• Map stakeholders to be involved in the studies after discussion with partners.
• Compile information in an inception report that detail tools to be used and sectors to be targeted in the fields of Green and Circular Economy.
• Train data collectors selected by partners on tools.
• Supervise data collection and guide the team.
• Clean and analyze data.
• Help identify the open-source software in coordination with partners.
• Provide needed information to feed into the software, including the profiles of SMEs and NEETs/ women.

Outputs/ Deliverables:

• Detailed methodology with the tools to be used
• One report on Labor Market with focus on demand side especially of Green and Circular sectors.
• A database on (a) NEETs and women, and (b) SMEs and other companies to be involved in project actions.
• A list of training courses that would help support the employability of NEETS/ women in identified sectors

REQUIREMENTS

• Possession of a Master's degree / or higher degree
• High experience in data analysis, data collection, reporting, training.
• Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
• Excellent knowledge of European policies and related instruments
• Excellent knowledge of the most known computer programs
• Excellent knowledge of E-profiling software
