Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher

Job Purpose:

The main purpose of this role is to ensure delivery of CB-ECE curriculum to children enrolled in PARD’s center.

Responsibilities:

1. Track daily attendance of the children
2. Plan and prepare lessons and topics to be given to the class on a daily and a weekly basis
3. Coordinate with teachers of the same level concerning the daily and weekly plans
4. Report to the plans to the head teacher and the project coordinator
5. Deliver the material of the plan on a daily basis to the children
6. Maintain class order and organization
7. Report the progress of the children through assessments on a timely basis
8. Fill the pre-tests and post-tests assigned by MEHE with the children
9. Ensure the safety of the children while being in class
10. Attend capacity building activities when requested
11. Any other duty assigned by the supervisors

Requirements:

1. BA in education, social sciences, or other related field- or equivalent eperience
2. 1-2 year experience in a similar position with children 4 to 6 of age
3. Knowledge and experience with CB-ECE curriculum
4. Demonstrated planning and time management skills
5. Ability to work within a team
