Awareness Supervisor

Under the supervision of the WASH Project Manager, the Awareness Supervisor is responsible for the qualitative, quantitative and timely implementation of the Hygiene Promotion project activities. He/she coordinates and monitors the work of all Field Officers dedicated to these activities and he/she is responsible for a qualitative and regular reporting on various components of the project.   Tasks and Responsibilities   Under the supervision of the Project Manager, to participate in the overall coordination of the project regarding Hygiene activities, To analyze the need of the beneficiaries in terms of Hygiene awareness and items, To be in charge of the implementation of the Hygiene Survey (KAP), To design and prepare Hygiene Promotion Sessions and their support tools, To participate in Hygiene Awareness sessions, To manage the Field Officers working on the project regarding the Hygiene promotion activities and monitor their work by constantly visiting the areas of intervention, To train new Field Officers to the hygiene promotion, To participate in the constant evaluation of the project (effectiveness, efficiency, impact, relevance), to provide quality and timely reporting, To analyze the security situation in the area and inform the Head of Base and Project Manager on security incidents, To participate in the evaluation of the humanitarian situation in the region considering possibilities of new projects,
