He / She is responsible for the supervision of the Data Entry Officer. He / She participate in the design and improvement of the data entry tools at base level. He/She participates in the overall IT activities at base level.     Tasks and Responsibilities   Participate in the design of different databases and propose technical solutions for consolidation of all data related to the project implementation and base functioning Key in data gathered in the field by the field officers Supervise all the work of the Data Entry Officer under his responsibility (planning, quality control, evaluation…) Translate data from Arabic into English (if the need be) Enforce the correct archiving of the documents Enter and manage data regarding all implemented projects (beneficiaries, bills of quantities, etc.) In charge of data back up for the base and for the mission if needed Provide any help on the base on computer and network matters
