Background Première Urgence - Aide Médicale Internationale (PU-AMI) is a non-profit, non-political and non-religious humanitarian NGO. Its objective is to bring about a global response to the basic needs of populations suffering from acute humanitarian crisis and to allow them to recover their autonomy and dignity. Today, PU-AMI is intervening in 19 countries in Africa, the Near East, Caucasus, Asia and the Caribbean to cover the needs of populations affected by conflict, natural disasters or economic crises.   Skills & Qualities -       Honest and trustworthy -       Reliable, rigorous and well organised -       Motivated and dedicated to his/her job   DRIVER TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES To follow and ensure the good respect of  PU-AMI driving rules and regulations   To understand and obey traffic law and regulations   To drive assigned vehicles according to PU-AMI drivers procedures.   To transport passengers, upon authorization by the Head of Base or Logistics Department, on their official duties, as well transport cargo safely and as instructed. This includes collecting materials from project and suppliers.   To possess a valid driving license at all times.   To fill the relevant documents such as logbooks and all related standard documents requested by Logistics Department.   To ensure day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle: fuel, oil, water, battery, tires, etc   To  perform minor repairs and arrange for other and ensure that the vehicle is kept clean and in a good shape   To perform other duties as required
