Duration: 4 Months (extendable if funding secure)

Under the direct supervision of: Audit and Evaluation Team Leader

OVERALL MISSION
General objective
Under the direct supervision of the Audit and Evaluation Team Leader, the Audit and Evaluation Officer is responsible for ensuring the respect of the procedures of the referral system, as well as respect of PU-AMI overall principles.
Responsibilities and tasks
Monitoring the correct implementation of the referral system
Ensure the dissemination of the information on the referral system and its procedures to the health facilities.
Ensure field level monitoring of the activities of the partner health structures (data collection / invoices / use of the funds allocated / staff attendance / opening hours of the facilities).
Collect all the data concerning the referral system and procedures.
Participate in health-related assessments of the beneficiaries’ needs.
Conduct surveys using specific formats .
Participate in the implementation of the project impact survey.
Reporting & Follow up
Contribute to work related reports
Report orally on the progress of evaluation activities on a daily and weekly basis;
Report immediately any delay, problem or other relevant information to the Audit and Evaluation Team Leader

QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory requirements
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic,
Education Degree: University degree in an administration-related field.
Work experience: Proven experience in NGOs and health sector
Computer Skills: Excellent knowledge of the MS office software including Word, Excel, Outlook
Other requirements
Valid driving licence (1 year minimum)
Good knowledge of Mount Lebanon governorate geography, willing to travel a lot locally
Excellent communication and diplomacy skills to manage relationship in potentially tense situations
Literacy in reporting, experience in conducting surveys
Assets

Understanding of the political situation in the area
