1.Activities implementation
-Identify and select beneficiaries for the FFA and FFT activities, according to selection criteria;
-Register beneficiaries and follow up their attendance on daily basis;
-Follow up on the schedule, content and achievements of the works implemented by the beneficiaries in coordination with the Technical Advisor (for FFA)
-Follow up on schedule, content and achievements of the training implemented by the training provider (partner local NGO) and based on partnership agreement;
-Ensure and monitor the distribution of activities-related kits to be distributed: professional kits for FFT, safety equipment for FFA
-Ensure participants’ satisfaction and mobilization through regular outreach, following-up with no-shows, drop-outs…
-Participate in the monitoring and evaluation of the activity ouputs and outcomes, with the support of the MEAL department
-Ensure a constant communication channel with beneficiaries and other stakeholders (municipalities, partner) to listen to their needs and concerns and refer cases to other Departments / partners when needed;
-Participate in other activities, in Livelihoods or other sectors, as per request of the field coordinator, following PU-AMI integrated approach.
2.Assessment and reporting
-Report every day to the livelihood team leader on attendance and progress, highlight challenges and suggest solutions;
-Contribute to assessments (multi-sectorial, technical, rapid needs assessments), according to the needs of the base;
-Facilitate the implementation of MEAL activities;
-Support other staff in data collection upon request.
3.Communication & Follow up
-Respond to beneficiaries’ queries with relevant information;
-Promote at household level and in the field better understanding of the project to ensure the success of the activity;
-Commit to respect donor’s requirements for special cases who need individual attention;

Mandatory requirements
- Language skills: Arabic, English is an added value
- Education degree: Baccalaureate / On-site training in social work, relief work or related fields
- Work experience: 1 year experience in a similar position (NGOs/private companies) in a social work/ humanitarian context. Specific experience in cash-for-work activities, training activities and business development support activities in the frame of livelihood programs will be a strong asset.
- Computer skills: Basic computer skills, knowledgeable with MS Office suite.
- Others:
- Valid driving license (1 year minimum)
- Intermediate knowledge in in humanitarian and social work, and relief operations
- Good knowledge of Saida District.
- Interests: Work in humanitarian action, social welfare.
