Junior Admin and Finance Officer - Hourly Based

Responsibilities

- Schedule internal meetings and external meetings with multiple attendees, including Qorras’ team


- Take minutes during physical and online meetings for Qorras’ internal meetings


- Provide logistical support to meetings: book meals and meeting venues, track and maintain documentation of expenses

- Provide administrative support for Qorras’ projects: documentation of project processes and manage contracts with consultants


- Maintain Qorras’ database of minutes and internal documents


- Support Qorras’ project coordinator with their administrative needs


- Maintain Qorras’ projects timeline and update the team on changes or upcoming deadlines


- Support Qorras’ financial manager and project coordinator in tracking expenses and payments.

 

Required qualifications:

 

- Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel


- Can work and use Google products and other online tools for communication (e.g. Email, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Box, Dropbox) 


- Likes working in a team

- Basic understanding of gender and sexuality issues

- Basic knowledge of financial documentations and taxation 


 

Commitment:

The position is hourly based, maximum 10 hours a week. Qorras is offering 20usd/per hour + health benifits
