Resident Advisor - Consultancy

Qorras is kicking off a Fellowship Program which is a training and mentoring program focused on the legal and medical aspects of bodily autonomy in the Lebanese context and their impact on trans individuals' experience. To support and guide the fellows throughout this process, Qorras is looking for a resident advisor with the qualifications listed in this below.

Scope of work: 

Provide guidance and mentorship throughout the fellowship

Accompany the fellows on a routine basis

Provide feedback on fellows final project and help them navigate challenges throughout the fellowship

Support in the evaluation of the final projects of the fellows 

Work closely with the Fellowship Lead to align on goals and ensure the fellows’ success

Participate in meetings with the Qorras team as needed to provide updates 

Required qualifications:

Degree in law, medicine, public health, or related fields

2-3 years experience in a similar role 

Previous mentoring or coaching experience; Ability to mentor and support individuals throughout the duration of a program

Familiarity with medical protocols for transgender healthcare and legal frameworks in Lebanon

Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with leadership and external experts, and supporting project goals
