Responsibilities:

  • Guide and assist clients in marketing and purchasing property at competitive prices and terms
  • Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to recommend suitable solutions
  • Conduct negotiations, offer market insights, and advise on prices, mortgages, and legal requirements for fair transactions
  • Showcase and market properties to potential buyers
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
  • Keep property listings updated and accurate
  • Stay informed on real estate trends and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Strong independent work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and communication abilities
  • Trustworthy, professional, and personable
  • Must have a car
