Administrative Assistant

Assisting with all aspects of administrative management and equipment inventory. Organizing office operations and procedures. Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems. Creates recordkeeping systems, forms control and budgetary. Record, monitor and report expenses. Processing of all payment requests, cash flow management. Manage distribution of utilities bills and collections of accounts. Manage procurement. Ensure data is entered into the system. Issue and code purchase orders. Arrange and organize trainings and closing event. Assist in the recruitment process of reviewing applicants. Communication & marketing, including social media. Participate in regular staff meetings, staff training programs, and accept the responsibility for aiding the development of positive team relationships as requested. Respond to inquiries. Perform other related duties as required
