How to Apply
- Interested bidders must submit their offers in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached RFQ and itemized list. Prices must be entered in the attached item list.
- All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted by November 6, 2025 COB to the following email addresses: rilebanon.procurement@ri.org (CC: joy.francis@ri.org and ghassan.malkoun@ri.org).
- A site visit is mandatory to inspect the listed items. This will take place at RI Beirut Office - Sin El Fil, Jisr El Bacha, St Elie Church Street, Bacha Garden Center, Bloc A, 4th floor, on Dec 3 and 4, 2025 between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. Please contact Mr. Dany on 81-630 888 prior to your visit.
- Quotations must be submitted after the site visit and no later than Dec 8,2025 at 4:00 PM.
- Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the following address: Sin El Fil, Jisr El Bacha, St Elie Church Street, Bacha Garden Center, Bloc A, 4th floor.
