Books Purchase

RELIEF INTERNATIONAL (Non-Governmental Organization) intends to procure books for our learning centers in Bekaa.

The deadline for submission of quotations is Monday, August 1, 2022, at 4:00 pm. 

You are kindly requested to submit your quotations in USD as per the attached RFQs. 

You are also kindly requested to mention the book's name in the Quotation Cell "G".

You are kindly requested to submit the quotations with the terms and conditions signed and stamped, in a sealed envelope, to one of our offices:  

Beirut office: Sin El Fil, Jisr El Bacha, St. Elie Church street, Bacha Garden Center, 4th floor.                                                                         

Zahle office: Zahle, main road, Al Mousawe building, 1st floor. 

North Office: Barsa El Koura, Antoun Abdo Building, First Floor, Facing Sammour for wood  

You are kindly requested to submit a copy of the MOF and VAT registration certificates of the company. 

The selection of the supplier will be based on the following criteria:     

- Prices demonstrate an economically advantageous position for Relief International.

- Approval on the content of the books from our Education Team     

- Capacity to deliver within a reasonable amount of time.
