REQUIRED TASKS:                                

The expert will:

• conduct two visits to ensure the rehabilitation work in Mhamara municipality were done upon the agreed BOQ
• Develop BOQs, criteria’s and Scope of Work for Al Mina project after issuing the needed site visit and measurements.
• conduct three visits to ensure the rehabilitation work in Al-Mina municipality is done upon the agreed BOQs.
• develop technical selection/evaluation criteria to select the most relevant contractor (Al-Mina)
• conduct the technical evaluation for the bids (Al-Mina) and provide the technical recommendation.

REQUIRED DELIVERABLES:

• • Technical evaluation criteria
  • Technical recommendation for the bids
  • Completion report for Al-Mina and Mhamara
