Center Supervisor (Bekaa)

Essential Functions and Areas of Accountability:

• Ensure the acceptance and the visibility of the project and its objectives among the targeted beneficiaries, their families, and local communities by consistent professional and humanitarian comportment at all times;
• The Center Supervisor is responsible for a day-to-day follow up with RI’s teacher during the implementation of the CFE Program;
• Supervise and assist the teachers during the verification/validation activity of the referred cases;
• Ensure direct supervision and coordination with the Teacher in relation to programs’ activities under the direct guidance of the CFE Program Coordinator;
• Responsible for managing the Teacher under his/her supervision, including but not limited to: proper implementation of work plans, reporting any grievances to the Program Coordinator, ensure close coordination with the CFE Program Coordinator regarding employee relations’ issues…etc;
• Responsible for preparing, equipping, supervising, and managing the Learning Center;
• Provide daily updates to the CFE Program Coordinator regarding progress of tasks, risk areas, problems, issues faced with the schools targeted, refugees, and/or host communities, critical work delays and all related aspects;
• The Center Supervisor will be responsible for the division of the HSGs sessions and the summer remedial support activities
• Accurately report on the attendance of children to the Homework Support Groups the Summer Remedial Support activities on a daily basis;
• Follow up with households regarding attendance of children to Homework Support Groups through household visits;
• Participate in distribution of ATM cards for CFE beneficiary households;
• Participate in Post Distribution and Outcome Monitoring activities as requested;
• Ensure clear information communication with beneficiaries regarding the cash assistance activities and procedures;
• Refer cases for further follow up by specialized agencies identified at the field level;
• Support the CFE Program Coordinator in the monthly reports and donor quarterly reports;
• Other duties as requested.
