Draft a monthly schedule for PHCCs field visits in coordination with the Medical Advisor  On a daily basis, support the health staff of MOPH in the area in delivering quality health services Closely monitor the epidemiological situation in his/her area with the aim of timely responding to all health related emergencies, including controlling the prevention and spread of communicable diseases in the targeted areas and strengthening the awareness rising activities in host communities through the social assistants to prevent outbreaks Ensure availability of all supplies and equipment needed for the PHCCs, report concerns to Project Manager, and monitor the pharmaceuticals/vaccines/Reproductive Health /Psychotropic drugs requests at PHCCs to prevent any shortages in supplies Conduct awareness raising sessions or one to one education at the PHCCs based on the beneficiaries needs Participate and support the campaigns launched by the sector or the ministry  Participate in coordination meetings when requested by the Project Manager Coordinate closely with the social assistants and Psychologists and refer cases when needed Participate in weekly staff meetings and submit reports on time Assist Project Manager and Medical Advisor in conduction of training for RI and PHC staff and the Women groups Responsible for collecting the monthly reporting from PHC in his/her area, compiling and submission to Project Manager Conduct field visits to different area (North or BML) when needed and requested by Project Manager
