Monitoring And Evaluation Manager

Design the PMPs for each project. Design assessment tools, monitoring tools, and scales.  Creating monitoring and assessment data-bases.  Manage and monitor the implementation of the project’s approved PMP. Schedule and manage internal evaluations with the purpose of gauging impact of projects. Provide information and the writing of reports based on ongoing implementation of the PMP on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to program management team, HQ, and relevant donors. Ensure integrity and sound design for the collection of data feeding into PMP. Ensure staff at all levels of program implementation are trained and prepared to fulfill their roles in reporting. Maintain effective communication with RI’s HQ and management team regarding monitoring and evaluation of RI’s projects in Lebanon.  Assisting Program Developer in project development. Attending, on behalf of RI, sector/cluster and inter-agency meetings. Meeting with local and international partners. Updating matrixes for various RI registered sectors. Perform other duties as needed.
