Nurse - North (Akkar)

Home care visits:

• Receive referrals from the health sector for patients affected by Akkar explosion and in need of health care at home.
• Conduct home visits to referred patients, develop and implement a care plan for each patient depending on his case.
• Ensure the availability of the medical supplies required for the home care services to be provided.
• Refer patients to other services as needed such has hospitalization, mental health, etc.

Tracking, managing information and other tasks

• Track referrals from the health sector
• Generate reporting as needed
• Undertake any other relevant duties/tasks deemed necessary by the health Program coordinator.

• Uphold and promote RI’s commitment to ensuring the safeguarding and safety of the vulnerable communities we serve.
• Consistent with RI’s safeguarding and protection policies, ensure all people who come into contact with Relief International are as safe as possible.

• Ensure that gender equity is addressed in our staffing and programming

Staff Care (for Directors/Managers/Coordinator/Supervisors)

• Review Staff Care issues with the direct reports on a regular basis; continuously monitor individual staff members’ capacity for self-care; and take adequate actions to ensure that staff well-being measures are in place and in alignment with the RI’s policies. Ensure an adequate attendance and participation in all Staff Care trainings as requested by the Organization and Country office.
