Trainings
- Organize between 25 and 50 training sessions to frontline workers on PCR testing;
- Coordinate with the epidemiologic surveillance unit at MOPH to provide the training materials and facilitate the training sessions;
- Collect all the needed means of verification for the training sessions and submit them to the MEAL team;
- Coordinate with the supply chain and operations and with the finance departments to ensure payment for the training facilitators and attended are issued on a timely manner;
PHCCs-related deliverables
- Ensure the availability of all supplies and equipment needed for the health facilities, report concerns to Program Coordinator, and monitor the PCR testing kits requests to prevent any shortages in supplies;
- The job holder should ensure that any gaps, delays and concerns regarding implementation are directly reported to the Program Coordinator in order to identify corrective actions accordingly;
- Coordinate to provide the needed trainings for the staff at the supported PHCC and provide on Job guidance;
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism while working or coordinating with beneficiaries, their family members, any internal or external party; any incident or work-related conflict should be immediately reported to the Program Coordinator. The Job holder should avoid going into any work-related communication which might jeopardize the relationship of RI with any party;
- The job holder should demonstrate a high level of cultural sensitivity, professionalism, politeness and objectivity when dealing with the beneficiaries under all circumstances.
- Responsible for collecting and compiling the monthly payment documents and submission to the finance team on a timely manner.
- The job holder must ensure that the documents are developed in an effective and efficient manner while emphasizing quality and accuracy at all times.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
Job Specifications:
- Health background; Public Health certificate is a plus
- At least three years of experience in training sessions organization
- Commitment to beneficiary accountability and humanitarian ethics
- Ability to establish a confidential relationship with PHC Managers, and MOPH staff
- Ability to best represent RI in meetings and workshops
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and initiative taker
- Good report writing skills
- Excellent skills related to Microsoft Office
